Strategic Approach for Sustainable Economic Development
Strategic Approach 2 aims to strengthen the local economy around BIAN through the development of sustainable livelihoods that can meet socio-economic needs without creating new pressures on the environment. The success of this program is realized through the strengthening of sustainable agriculture, fisheries, and livestock; the effective functioning of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMK) as local economic institutions; and the formulation of a sustainable economic roadmap that provides clear direction for long-term economic development. By providing environmentally friendly business alternatives and reducing dependence on harmful practices, the program supports a balance between improving community welfare and conserving the SM danau Bian ecosystem.
