PT. BIA, is a crude palm oil (CPO) producer based in Merauke, Papua, Indonesia. Our CPO is derived from Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) sourced from our well-managed core and smallholder oil palm plantations. We take pride in being a trusted supplier to major palm oil companies both in Indonesia and worldwide.
We are fully committed to sustainable operation through a combination of best management practices, environmentally conscious policies, community engagement, and commitment to employee welfare. It is important to note that there are no peatlands across our entire concession.
Since our establishment in 2011, PT. BIA has grown to operate three mills and manage nearly 26,000 hectares of planted areas, including plasma areas. From the total area of our plantations, 6,867 hectares are dedicated to our plasma scheme with smallholders. Furthering our commitment to sustainability, our own estate and all associated smallholder plantations are RSPO, ISPO, and ISO 45001 certified.
