Strategic Approach 2 aims to strengthen the local economy around LWBR through the development of sustainable livelihoods that can meet socio-economic needs without creating new pressures on the environment. The success of this program is realized through the strengthening of sustainable agriculture, fisheries, and livestock; the effective functioning of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMK) as local economic institutions; and the formulation of a sustainable economic roadmap that provides clear direction for long-term economic development. By providing environmentally friendly business alternatives and reducing dependence on harmful practices, the program supports a balance between improving community welfare and conserving the SM danau Bian ecosystem.

Hasil Keberhasilan

• Masyarakat mematuhi komitmen pengelolaan berkelanjutan LWBR.
• Kebutuhan sosial-ekonomi (pekerjaan, pendapatan, dan keamanan ekologi) terpenuhi melalui pilihan mata pencaharian yang stabil.
• Sistem pertanian dan perikanan berkelanjutan berhasil diimplementasikan.
• BUMK berfungsi secara efektif sebagai penggerak pembangunan ekonomi berbasis masyarakat.
• Peta jalan ekonomi berkelanjutan disusun dan diadopsi.
• Peluang alternatif untuk pertanian dan produksi ternak berkelanjutan diidentifikasi dan siap untuk diimplementasikan.
