Merauke, Tuesday 8 June 2021, LANTAMAL XI Merauke (Navy Army Main Base) as the host of a free cleft lip surgery social service activity invites PT.Bio Inti Agrindo (PT.BIA) and Smile Train.

Social Service is carried out in the context of establishment Kampung Bahari Nusantara (KBN) and in line with the idea of corporate citizenship as the realization of PT.BIA community stakeholder activities in the health sector.

"We are carrying out cleft lip surgery for the people of Merauke and its surroundings, as many as 15 people registered, 7 of whom are children," said Danlantamal XI Merauke, Brigadier General TNI (Mar) Wurjanto, M. Han in his remarks at the Indonesian Navy Hospital.

After the operation, the patient will be temporarily hospitalized and observed by a doctor. Before that, health workers screened for Covid-19 and during the handling process implemented health protocols.

Erwan as the Manager Representative Office of PT.BIA in Merauke said "PT.BIA and LANTAMAL XI had the same vision , so we agreed to walk together. I am happy that this activity went well and I can see new smiles on their lips.”

Danlantamal expressed his gratitude to all parties who contribute to this event. As a symbol of cooperation support, the Management of PT. BIA Lee Choonhoo gave a memento in the form of a plaque.
